Mushroom Pakodi

Ingredients:

Besan                                    -                              1 cup
Mushrooms                       -                              200 grm
Green Chilli                         -                              4 Nos
Onion                                    -                              2 Nos
Curry leaves                       -                              2 stems
Coriander leaves              -                              ¼ cup
Cumin seeds                      -                              ½ cup

Preparation:

Wash the mushrooms, and cut it into pieces.
Take a bowl, add besan, washed mushrooms pieces, chilli, Onion slices, curry leaves, coriander leaves, cumin seeds and mix them by adding water.
Mix them to form a paste.
Now add oil in a pan for deep fry.
When hot add the paste by using a spoon. Make this fry red.
Remove from the oil and serve hot in a serving bowl.
Mushrooms add an extra flavor to the dish.
