Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 100 grm
Eggs - 4 Nos
Salt - Taste
Pepper - Taste
Preparation:
- Take mushrooms, clean and make it into small pieces.
- Now take eggs and separate white and yellow yolk.
- Mix the yolk thoroughly.
- Now add salt, pepper and mushrooms in the yolk.
- Heat the pan and spread the yolk mixture like dosa.
- Heat this dosa till red. And serve hot. Yummy mushroom dosa ready to eat.
- Healthy dish ready to eat.
