Paneer cornflakes crunches

Ingredients:

 

Paneer                                                 -              5 – 6 pieces
Corn Flakes                         -              1 cup
Besan flour                         -              1 tbls
Red chilli powder             -              1 tbls
Vaamu (caram Seeds)    -              ½ tbls
Chat Masala                       -              1 tbls
Curd                                      -              2 tbls

Preparation:

 

Crush the corn flakes in a plate and keep it aside.
In another plate add curd, red chilli powder, salt, besan flour, carom seeds and mix it. Add water or curd if required. Now dip the panner pieces into the curd mixure and apply crushed corn flakes on the paneer. As we applied the curd mixture to the panner, the corn flakes stay on the panner. Now deep fry the panner and take it in a serving plate. Now sprinkle chat masala on the panner pieces.
You can have it directly. Or take it with fried chillis.

Bread cheese Pakoda

Ingredients:


Paneer        -        1/2 tbls
Corn floor    -        2 tbls
Besan         -        2 tbls
Maida        -        2 tbls
Cheese        -        2 tbls
Salt, Red chilli powder, Cooking soda, Oil, Cumin Seeds.
Rice Flour    -        2 tbls

Preparation:

 


Place a pan on the stove, add oil for deep fry.
Now take a bowl add Rice flour, besan, corn floor, turmaric, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, red chilli powder, Paneer, cheese, cooking salt, salt, into it. Now add water to the mixture and make it into a fine paste. Now take bread and make it into 4 equal pieces.     
Now dip this bread pieces into the paste made and deep fry them in the hot oil. fry them till it attains brown color.
Now your favorite dish Bread cheese pakoda is ready to serve.

Medhi chaman

Ingredients: 

 

Spinach(Pala kura)    -    1 cup   
Menthi Kura        -    1 cup
Sonti            -    1/4 tbls
Garam masala        -    1 tbls
Coriander Powder    -    1 tbls
Paneer (Soya Paneer) Graded    -    1/2 cup
Oil, Salt, Chilli Powder, Fresh Cream, Onion, Cumin Seeds, Garlic Cloves, Curry leaves.

Preparation:

 

Take hot water in a bowl and dip the Spinach, Menthi Kura into it. After 2 minutes remove it and add this into a jar with green chilli & salt. Grind this mixture & make into paste.
Take a pan, add oil to it. When hot add cumin seeds, onion, garlic cloves, Curry leaves and green chilli and fry it.
Add Turmaric, Coriander powder, sonti powder fry it for half second and add the grinded leaves paste to it and cook it. After a minute add water and soya paneer. Mix it well and cook. Add graded paneer, garam masala, fresh cream and coriander leaves to it and mix it well.
Now the dish is ready to serve hot.

Paneer is the dish of sultans & kings. Its rich is carbohydrates, Proteins and many more.
Its the secret of kings food. Previously this paneer is only made for kings.
