Mushroom salad

Ingredients:


Mushroom                                         -              150 grm
Onion                                                -              1 Nos
Bread pieces                                      -              1 ½ cup
Tomato ketchup                                 -              1 tbls
Kaju                                                  -              ½ cup
Lemon juice                                       -              1 tbls
Black pepper                                     -             1/4 tbls
Butter

Preparation:


Take butter in a pan when hot add kaju, bread pieces, onion and fry it.
Fry mushrooms in butter. Take a bowl and add kaju, bread pieces, onion, tomato ketchup, lemon juice and pepper. Mix this mixture and add this into the pan and fry this for 12 – 13 minutes in a slow flame. Now add salt and mix it cook for 2 more minutes and serve hot.
