Ingredients:
Mushroom - 100 grm
Onion - 1 big
Coriander seeds - 1 tbls
Cumin seeds - ½ tbls
Black pepper - 6 nos
Cinnamon and cloves - 4 nos
Cardamom - 2 Nos
Dried coconut - small piece

In a mixer add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper,
cinnamon and cloves, cardamom, dried coconut and grind it into a fine powder.
In a plate add mushrooms, now mix it with salt and turmeric thoroughly
(it will not become soft by doing like this).
Now deepfry the mushrooms and keep this aside.
In a pan add oil, chopped onion, chilli and fry this till
red. Now add the mushrooms in the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
Add masala powder into the pan fry this for 3 more minutes.
Lastly add chilli powder, mix it and serve hot in a serving bowl with coriander
garnish.
