Mushroom Curry 1

Ingredients:

Mushrooms                                -              1/4kg
Onions                                       -              2 pieces
Oil                                             -              3 tbls
Salt, pepper/red chilli powder     -             As per taste
 
Preparation:

  • Wash the Mushrooms and cut them into pieces. Cut the onions into pieces.
  • Take a pan and add oil, when hot add the chopped onions and fry them
  • Now add the Mushrooms and fry them.
  • Add salt and Red chilli powder and fry in a slow flame.
  • If the mushrooms are not fresh add some water and cook it.
  • Check the mushrooms are cooked and switch off the stove and serve hot in a serving bowl.
