YOGURT PREPARATION (GADDA PERUGU)



Ingredients:
Condensed milk (Thick milk) – ¼ Lit
One chilli
Curd – 1 Tbs

Preparation:
1.       Take the milk and boil it hot.
2.       Let the milk cool till luke warm.
3.       Take this milk to a bowl.
4.       Add curd and stir it for 5 seconds.
5.       Add chilli and close it with a plate.
6.       Make this stay for 6 hours for fermentation (in winter more time).
7.       Now check yogurt is ready to serve.
