Baked Chicken with Mushrooms and Sweet Potato

Ingredients:



1/2 skinless chicken breast
1 cup baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp chives
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium sweet potato

Directions: 

Sweet potatoes have a lower glycemic index than white spuds do, therefore they are gentler on your blood sugar—and doubtless your region. Mushrooms square measure extremely pretentious with no fat. 

  • Bake the chicken in an oven for about 350°F along with mushrooms, chives and oil.
  •  Microwave sweet potato for five to seven minutes.
  • Serve it hot.
