Mushroom Curry 2:

Ingredients:


Coriander seeds                                  -              2 tbls
Rice                                                    -              2 tbls
Cumin seeds                                        -              1 tbs
Oil                                                       -              3 – 4 tbls
Garlic                                                  -              6 – 7 cloves
Graded coconut                                  -              2 tbls
Onion                                                 -              2 Nos
Turmaric                                             -              ¼ tbls
Mustard seeds                                    -              ½ tbls
Red chilli                                             -              2 Nos
Curry leaves, salt, Chilli Powder          -              As per taste

Preparation:


  • Powder preparation:  
Slightly fry coriander seeds, rice, cumin seeds without oil. Now add this into a mixer along with garlic cloves and coconut, grind it into a fine powder.  


  1. In a plate take cleaned mushrooms, add salt, chilli powder and turmeric and mix them thoroughly.
  2. Now heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, red chilli, curry leaves and chopped onion, fry them.
  3. Add mushrooms into the pan and mix them thoroughly fry them in a slow flame.
  4. Add water in the pan and make it boil for 10 minutes. Add the powder into the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add coriander leaves and serve hot in a serving bowl.
