Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 125 grm
Turmaric - 1 tbls
Chilli powder - 1 tbls
Salt - 1 tbls
Oil - 1 cup
Fennel seeds - 1 tbls
Cumin Powder - 1 tbls
Methi powder - 2 tbls
Fennel seeds - 1 tbls
Cumin Powder - 1 tbls
Methi powder - 2 tbls
Preparation:
- Clean the mushroom and make it into pieces.
- Firstly cook mushrooms in water for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Dry this for 2 - 3 hrs.
- Take this in a bowl and add turmaric, salt, chilli powder, fennel powder, cumin powder, methi powder and oil.
- Mix well and serve in a serving bowl.
