Mushroom Pickle

Ingredients:


Mushrooms              -                 125 grm
Turmaric                   -                 1 tbls
Chilli powder            -                 1 tbls
Salt                           -                1 tbls
Oil                            -                1 cup
Fennel seeds             -                1 tbls
Cumin Powder          -                1 tbls
Methi powder           -                2 tbls

Preparation:

  • Clean the mushroom and make it into pieces.
  • Firstly cook mushrooms in water for 10 - 15 minutes.
  • Dry this for 2 - 3 hrs.
  • Take this in a bowl and add turmaric, salt, chilli powder, fennel powder, cumin powder, methi powder and oil.
  • Mix well and serve in a serving bowl.
