Ingredients:
Mushrooms - 300 grm
Capsicum - 4 Nos
Oil - 50 grm
Onion - 1 Nos
Green Chilly - 2 Nos
Fenugreek leaves - 1 cup
Preparation:
Cut the capsicum on four sides. Remove the seeds inside and
cook these with vapor for 10 minutes in a Jalleda(Plate whole with holes). In a
pan heat oil and add onions, chilly, fenugreek fry for 2 minutes. Add
mushrooms, mix it thoroughly and close the pan. Cook the mushrooms by stirring
frequently. Now stuff the curry into the capsicum and fry it on a pan in slow
flame. Now sprinkle salt on it and serve hot.
