Urad Dal Laddu (Sunnundalu)



Ingredients:

 
Fried Urad Dal Powder  -              1 Cup
Sugar / Jaggery                 -              1 Cup (Jaggery is good for health and gives extra taste)
Cardamom                          -              ½ tbls
Ghee                                     -              As Per requirement
Kaju, Badham, Pista        -              For decoration

Preparation:

 

Take a bowl, add ural dal powder, Jaggery, Cardamom and mix it thoroughly.
Now heat the ghee and add it in the bowl slowly and mix the powder.
Often check the powder can form a laddu shape by pressing it in our hands.
Do this constantly till the powder forms a laddu shape.
Soon it forms a laddu shape, make all the powder into laddus.
Now decorate the laddu with dry fruits as per your taste and serve great.
Stores for 15 – 30 days

Hint:

 

Healthy and delicious sweet. Once in a day or thrice in a week preferred. Eating more increases cholesterol.
