Ingredients:
Boiled Potato - 2 Nos
Boiled Chick pea - 1 Cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbls
Chilli - 2 nos
Onion (Thinly chopped) - 1 Nos
Turmaric - ¼ tbls
Red Chilli powder - 1 tbls
Tomato Purie - 1 cup
Cholae Masala - 1 tbls
Curd - 2 – 3 spoons
Cumin - ½ tbls
Preparation:
Soak chickpea overnight and cook it in a pressure cooker
for 6 – 7 whistles.
Take a pan, add oil into it. When hot add cumin seeds,
chilli, onion, Ginger garlic paste and fry it by mixing thoroughly.
Then add Tomato purie, turmeric, salt, chilli powder,
cholae masala into the pan and mix it again.
Cook this in a small flame for 2 minutes and add boiled
potato, chickpea, curd and cook for 5 more minutes. Now add some water into the
pan and cook for 2 more minutes and off the stove.
Now take it in a serving bowl, garnish with coriander
leaves and serve hot.
Combination dishes:
Rice, Roti, Jower roti, Puri.
