Kaju Paneer Curry with Tamarind tender leaf shoots (Chinta chiguru)

Ingredients: 


Tamarind tender leaf shoots       -              1 cup
Cardamom(Elachi)           -              2 Nos
Cinnamon(Dlachina chekka)-      2 Nos
Cloves (Lavangam)          -              2 Nos
Cumin powder                  -              1 tbls
Coriander powder           -              1 tbls
Kaju                                       -              10 grm
Paneer                                 -              ½ cup

Preparation:

 

Fry kaju and paneer in a pan with ghee separately and keep it aside.
Now take a pan, add oil/ghee when hot add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves and fry.
Now add Tamarind shoots and fry it in a small flame for 5 minutes.
Now add cumin powder and coriander powder and mix it thoroughly. Let it stay for 2 minutes.
Lastly add kaju and panner and mix it and serve hot with rice.

Combination dishes:

 

Rice, Roti, Jower roti.
