SAGO LADIES FINGER CURRY (Bendakaya saggubiyyam kura)

Ingredients:

 

Ladies finger                      -              ¼ Kg      
Sago(Saggubiyyam)        -              2 Spoons(soaked in water)
Ground nut                        -              1 Spoon
Bengal Gram                      -              1 Spoon
Coriander Powder           -              1 Tbls
Ginger garlic paste           -              1 Tbls
Slat                                         -              As required
Red Chilli Powder             -              As required
Pudina
Coriander leaves
Turmaric     
                        

Preparation:

Place a pan on the stove, add oil to it. When hot add popu dinusulu. It sounds chit phat. Then add Ladies finger and turmeric and stir/ mix it and make it fry.
Now add urad dal, Bengal gram, ground nut and fry it again.
After add sago, ginger garlic paste, slat, Coriander powder and chilly powder into the pan and stir it and cook.
Now add Pudina and coriander leaves for garnish and serve hot.
This is a low calorie diet and is best for roti rather than rice. Roti is a low calorie diet.

Combination dish:


Rice, Rot,  Jower roti
