Ingredients:
Oats - 1 Cup
Idly Rava - 3 Cups
Carrot -
Bengal Gram -
Peas
Salt
Oil
Coriander leaves
Kaju
Curry leaves
Preparation:
Soak Idli rava for 4 hrs in water. Now add oats In idli
rava and mix thoroughly.
Now add carrot pieces, Green chilli pieces, Peas, Bengal
gram, coriander leaves, kaju pieces, Curry leaves in the oats bowl and mix it
again.
Take a pan add oil, when hot add popu dinusulu when chit
phat add this in the oats bowl and mix it.
Now take the idly pan and add this mixture as idly in
Idly plates and keep it stove for 5 to 10 minutes.
When the idly is ready serve hot.
Combination:
No combination required for this as we have already added
the required ingredients for taste.
If you like add sambar or coconut chutney as a
combination dish.
