Paneer cornflakes crunches

Ingredients:

 

Paneer                                                 -              5 – 6 pieces
Corn Flakes                         -              1 cup
Besan flour                         -              1 tbls
Red chilli powder             -              1 tbls
Vaamu (caram Seeds)    -              ½ tbls
Chat Masala                       -              1 tbls
Curd                                      -              2 tbls

Preparation:

 

Crush the corn flakes in a plate and keep it aside.
In another plate add curd, red chilli powder, salt, besan flour, carom seeds and mix it. Add water or curd if required. Now dip the panner pieces into the curd mixure and apply crushed corn flakes on the paneer. As we applied the curd mixture to the panner, the corn flakes stay on the panner. Now deep fry the panner and take it in a serving plate. Now sprinkle chat masala on the panner pieces.
You can have it directly. Or take it with fried chillis.

Combination:

Chilli kechep, Fried chillis
