Mint Coconut milk bathe (Pudina kobari pala upma)

Ingredients:


Mint leaves paste            -              ¼ cup
Coconut milk                      -              1 cup
Wheat rava                         -              1 cup
Salt, Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, Urad Dal, oil, onion, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves.

Preparation:


Add oil in a pan, when hot add urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds into it. When chit-phat add curry leaves, green chilli and onion fry it. Now add mint leaves paste and fry. Add 2 cups of water and one spoon of salt after 5 minutes. Make this water boil hot and add coconut milk and wheat rava in it. Close the pan and cook this in a small flame for 10 minutes. See no water is left in the pan. Soon this was cooked serve this is a serving plate hot.
