Dry Fruit Laddu



Ingredients:

 
Badham                               -              ½ Cup
Raisins                                  -              50 Grm
Jaggery                                 -              ¼ Cup
Ghee                                     -              ½ Cup
Kaju                                       -              1 Cup
Ground Nut                        -              1 Cup
Honey                                   -              3 tbls
Dried Dates                        -              50 Grm
Poppy seeds                      -              2 tbls
Graded dried coconut powder   -              2 tbls
Elachi                                     -              ¼ tbls

Preparation:


Take a pan, add ghee in it. Now fry Badham, Raisins, Kaju, Groundnut, Graded dried coconut and poppy seeds Separately one after the other and keep it aside.
Now take another pan add Jaggery and little water about 2 – 3 spoons into the pan and heat it in a small flame by stirring it continuously.
Jaggery should mix with water and it should be boiled till it attains sticky state. We can check it with fingers it appears sticky.
Now add all the fried dry fruits and elachi powder to it and mix it thoroughly.
Now add 3 tbls of Honey and make it into laddus.
Now most yummy and healthy sweet dry fruit laddu is ready to eat.

Highly protein and nutritious food. Only 1 a day, keeps yourself fit.
