Baby corn Masala Rice



Ingredients:


Boiled Baby Corn              -              1 Cup
Cooked Rice                       -              1 cup
Garam Masala, Ginger garlic paste, Biryani leaf, dry fruits, green chilli, onion,
Pudina                                  -              1 Cup
Masala Ingredients (Cinnamon, Elachi, Cloves) – 2 Pieces each.

Preparation:

Add oil in a pan, when hot add Masala Ingredients, Green chilli, onions, Ginger garlic paste, dry fruits one after the other. Stay for a ½ minute and add salt and stir the mixture. 
Now add Pudina and Garam Masala and stir it for 2 minutes.
Now add boiled baby Corn and cook it for 5 minutes.
Finally add boiled rice and mix it thoroughly in the pan for 2 minutes.
Now take it in a serving bowl and serve hot.

Combination dish:

Curd Chutney(Perugu chutney)
