Vegetarian cutlet

Ingredients:


Potato                                  -              1 Cup
Carrot                                   -              1 Cup
Cabbage                              -              1 Cup
Kaju                                       -              1 Cup
Ginger garlic paste           -              1 tbls
Chat Masala                       -              1 Tbls
Oil                                           -              3 – 4 tbls
Salt                                         -              taste
Chilli Sause                          -              2-3 tbls

Preparation:


Boil potato, Carrot and Cabbage.
Take a bowl, add the boiled vegetables and mash it.
Now add ginger garlic paste, kaju, chat masala, salt, Chilli sause and mix it thoroughly.
Now make this mixture into shapes and keep this aside.
Now take a pan add oil / ghee and spread it, when hot add the shaped cutlets into the pan.
Fry on both sides by applying oil to it. See it do not spoil and make it fry till it attains red color.
Now take these cutlets in a serving plate with tomato sause and serve hot.
