Ingredients:
Black Gram - 2 Cups

Popu dinusulu
Pumpkin
potato
Carrot
Donda
Drum stick
Tomato
Ridge Guard
Bottle Guard
onion
Hint : All Vegetables one cup
Preparation:
Take a cooker add black gram and vegetables. Now add some water in the cooker close it and make it cook for 3 whistles. Now open the cooker and mash the dal. Now add salt, Jeera powder, coriander powder and mix it well. Place this cooker on the stove in a small flame and cook. Take another pan, add oil when hot add red chilli, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, garlic cloves, turmaric and inguva(if required) in oil and fry it. Now add this in the dal mixture and serve hot.
The most delicious orissa veg dalma is ready to serve.
