Ingredients:
One Big BrinjalOil
Popu DInusulu
Turmaric
Inguva
Cumin seeds, green chilli, red Chilli
Tamarind juice
Bellam
Preparation:
Apply oil to the brinjal and fry it on the stove in direct flame. Soon it was cooked remove the peel of brinjal mash it and keep aside.
Now take Tamarind juice add turmaric, bellam, salt and mix it. Now add brinjal and mix. Take a pan add oil, when hot add popu dinusulu and fry and add to the tamarind mixture.
Maharastra dish vange baratha is ready to serve.
