Palakura Jonna Rava Upma

Ingredients:


Jonna rava        -        1 cup
Palakura(Spinach)    -        1 cup
Popu dinusulu, Onion, Red chilli, Green Chilli, Ginger, Curry Leaves, Salt, oil, Coriander leaves.

Preparation:

 

Add oil in a pan, when hot add popu dinusulu to it,after a minute add red chilli, Green Chilli, Ginger, Onion, Curry leaves and coriander leaves and fry it. Now add 3 cups of water to the pan and add sufficient salt (i.e 1 tbls) and make it boil. Soon it was boiled add Jonna rava by mixting the mixture continously. Now close the pan with a plate and make it cook for 10 minutes in a small flame. Now palakura JOnna rava upma is ready to serve.
