Wheat Flour(Godhuma pindi) Biscuts

Ingredients:

 

Wheat Flour        -    1 cup
Elachi            -    1/2 tbls
Oil            -    Deep fry
Sugar Powder        -    1 cup
backing powder    -    pinch
Ghee            -    3 tbls
Egg            -    1 Nos

Preparation:

 

Take a bowl add Wheat Flour, Sugar powder, elachi and backing powder. Mix this throughly. Now add egg, ghee/ dalda and mix it again. Mix this like chapathi pindi add oil or water if required to make it chapathi pindi. Keep it aside for 1/2 hour.
Take a pan add oil for deep fry. Roll the chapathi pindi and cut it into pieces, when the oil is hot add this pieces and fry till it attains red color.
Now take this in a palte/ serving bowl and serve hot.
Storage : This can be stored upto 15 days.
