Preparation Time : 15 Minutes
Ingredients:
Bombay Rava(Semolina)- 1 cupTomato - 2 Nos
Onion - 1 Nos
Green Chilli - 2 Nos
Red Chilli - 2 Nos
Curry Leaves - As required by you
Coriander Leaves - As required by you
Salt - 1 tbls
Oil - 3 tbls
Kaju or Ground nut - Your preference
Bengal Gram, Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, Urad Dal - 1 tbls
Preparation:
Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Now add oil to it.
Soon the oil is hot add Kaju, red chilli, Urad dal, Bengal Gram, cumin seeds, mustard seeds one after one to it.
Now add curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Immediately add green chilli, after 1/2 second sliced onion and tomato into the pan.
Make it on stove still it was cooked. Now add 3 cups of water into the pan.
Add salt to it. Mix the mixture throughly and place a plate on the pan.
See the flame to be big.
When the water is boiled hot, add bombay rava to it and stirr it throughly for 2 minutes.
Now make the flame small/slow and place the plate on it.
Make it cook for 2 minutes. Add coriander leaves to garnish.
Serve hot with chutney.
