Stuffed Moong Parota

Ingredients:

Moong Dal    -   
Curd        -
Onion
chat masala
garam masala
inguva
curry leaves
ginger garlic paste, green chilli
cumin powder
pudina(Mint leaves)
coriander leaves
salt
maida
bombay rava
salt
ghee

Preparation:


Soak Moong dal over night and cook it.
Add maida, bombay rava, curd, slat, ghee, in a bowl and mix it. Keep this aside for 1 hr.
Add oil in a pan, when hot add popu dinusulu, inguva, curry leaves, onion, green chilli, chat masala, cumin powder, mint leaves, garam masala, coriander leaves, Moong dal and salt one after the other. Mix it often. After two minutes remove from the pan. Make roti with roti maker by stuffing the curry inside the maida mixture. Again rool it with roti maker to form a roti shape. Now fry both sides of the roti in a roti maker.
Now Moong stuffed parota is ready to serve hot.
One of the healthiest dish.
