Brinjal Rice

Ingredients:


Brinjal        -    1/4 Kg
Salt        -    Taste   
Garam masala    -    1/2 tbls
Turmaric    -    pinch
Oil
Ground nut    -    50 grm
Onion        -    1 Nos
Coriander leaves   
Ginger garlic paste    -    1 tbls

Preparation:


Add oil in a pan, when hot add popu dinusulu, onion, groundnut and fry it. Then add brinjal and cook for 2 minutes. Add gingergarlic paste and masala to it and cook for some time. Now mix this in the rice. your favourite brinjal rice is ready.
Garnish with corinder leaves.
