Ingredients:
Coriander leaves - 1 cup
Onion, carrot, Green chilli, Red chilli, - 2 Nos
Besan - 2 tbls
curry leaves
Oil - 6 tbls
Popu Dinusulu - 1 tbls
Preparation:
Add oil in a pan, when hot add popu dinusulu, curry leaves, onions, green chilli, Red chilli & Carrot. fry it for one minute and add water. Make this water boil by closing the pan. after the vegetables are cooked add coriander leaves, turmaric and salt to it and stirr. IN a cup take besan, add water and make it into paste. Mix this paste in the pan, see no balls form in the curry. make this cook in a small flame for 10 minutes and serve.
Combination: This can be used as a combination for Roti, chapathi and puri.
