Ingredients:
Potato - 2 Nos
Maida - 2 tbls
Corn flour - 2 tbls (More if required)
Green chilli, Onion, Curd, Salt, Tomata, Coriander leaves, Curry leaves.
Preparation:
Cook the potato in a cooker for one whistle.
Now take a bowl add the potato and mash it, add maida, cornflour, Green chilli, curry leaves and onion to it and mix it. Take a plastic cover and press the mixture like vada and make a hole in the middle.
Now deepfry this vada till it attains brown color.
Take a cup add curd, slat, green chilli, tomato, coriander leaves and mix it.
Take the vada in a plate and serve it with the above prepared curd.
Yummy potato perugu vada ready.
