Milk Flour balls(Pala vundralu in Telugu)

Ingredients:


Milk        -    1/2 Liter
Rice Flour    -    1/4 cup
Ghee        -    2 tbls
Sugar powder    -    1/2 cup
Wheat Flour    -    1/4 cup
Elachi        -    2 Nos
Kaju        -    50 Grm

Preparation:


Add milk in the pan, when hot add sugar, kaju powder and boil it.
In a bowl add rice flour, wheat flour, sugar powder, kaju powder and mix it with ghee. Make this mixture into small cylindrical balls and pour it into the boiling milk. Make this cook for some time. After it was cooked add powdered elachi and serve hot.

Information

This dish was make on Vinayaka chavathi in India. A very famous sweet of Lord Ganesha(God of Indians). There was a saying if we Make this dish and pray for our wishes, our wish will surely be fulfilled by Lord Ganesha.
