Ingredients:
Pumpkin seeds(Gumadikaya IN telugu)
Popu dinusulu(Urad dal, cumin seeds, mustard seeds) - 1 tbls
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbls
Garam masala - 1/2 tbls
Kaju - 10 Nos
Green Chilli, Onions, Curry leaves, Turmaric, Salt, red chilli powder, oil.
Preparation:
Keep a bowl on stove filled with water. Tie the bowl with a cloth. Now take another bowl filled with water, soak Pumpkin seeds for 1 hr in it. Now remove the seeds and make it into a paste by grinding it. Make the paste into small balls. Previously we have tied a cloth to a bowl containing water. Soon the water is hot place the balls on the cloth and close it with another cloth and cook. After it was cooked keep it aside. Now take a pan, place it on stove, add oil to it, when hot, add popu dinusulu, curry leaves, green chilli, kaju, onions, turmaric, ginger garlic paste, slat, garam masala and fry it for 2-3 minutes. Then add the vapour balls in the pan. stay a while and add water and cook.
Pumpkin
This vegetable is high in calcium.Women should take this at least 3 times a year to avoid calcium deficiency.
The seeds in pumpkin is also very healthy.
