Ingredients:
Bottle guard Pieces - 1 Cup
Tomato - 4 Nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbls
Onion - 1 Nos
Green chilli - 4 Nos
Salt - Taste/ 1 tbls
Red chilli powder - 1 tbls
coriander powder - 1 tbls
Preparation:
Add oil in a pan when hot add green chilli, onions and fry. Now add ginger garlic paste and fry. Add salt, red chilli powder, bottle guard pieces and cook it for 5 minutes. Add tomato and coriander powder mix it and cook it in a small flame for 10 minutes(even more if required)
Serve dish hot:
Hint: Bottle guard helps decrease weight. It doesnt have fat content. As it is a watery vegetable helps improve health. Its precise we use bottle guard twice a week. The watery content in the vegetable rehydrates our body especially in summer. Try to take this vegetable more in summer.
