Banana Flower Coconut Curry

Ingredients:


Banana flower(remove follicles and cut the flower into pieces)
Tamarind paste(Boil tamarind and make it into paste)
Menthulu, Bellam, Green chilli, Urad dal, red chilli, Bengal gram, salt, red chilli powder, salt, turmaric, graded coconut, cumin and mustard.

Preparation:

 

Fry the Menthulu without oil in a pan(dont not fry brown). Now add water, slat and turmaric in the pan. Add Banana flower soon the water is boiled and cook it. In another pan take oil, when hot add popu dinusulu, when it makes sprinking sound add green chilli, red chilli, curry leaves and cooked banana flower, Tamarind paste, slat, red chilli powder, graded coconut and bellam. Mix this and cook for 2 minutes in a small flame.
Serve this curry in a serving bowl by decorating it with banana flower and graded coconut.
