Ingredients:
Sugarless cova - 100 grm
Maida - 1 cup
Graded coconut - 100 grm
Dry fruit pieces - 2 spoons
Sugar powder - 100 grm (as per your requirement)
Preparation:
Place the pan on the stove, add cova to it and fry it till it attains brown color.
Take this cova into a plate and keep it a side for half an hour to cool down.Take a bowl add Maida to it. Now add oil and mix it well with water.
Take another bowl add cova, dry fruits, graded coconut, sugar powder and mix it well.
Take the Maida and roll it with a roller like roti. Place it in Gajia maker, add cova mixture in the middle and close the Gajia maker to form a shape. Repeat the same all.
Take a pan to deep fry. Add oil to it. When hot fry the Gajia deep till red. Remove the gajia from the pan and serve it hot.
This can be stored for 3 - 4 days.
