Rava Dosa or Instant Dosa

Worried of preparing the breakfast? Then try this instant Rava dosa, where it is easy to prepare and serve.
Now lets go through the procedure.

Ingredients:

Bombay rava - 1 Cup
Maida pindi - 1 Cup
Rice Flour - 1 Cup
Onions - 2
Chilli - 4
Curry leaves
Coriander Leaves 
Cumin Seeds
Salt
oil

Preparation : 

  • Take a bowl add Bombay rava, Maida Pindi, biyyam pindi salt, onions & chilli finely chopped, Cumin Seeds, curry leaves and coriander leaves to it.
  • Mix this good.
  • Now add some water to this and make this a paste.
  • Now add more water to this mix this thoroughly. You can observe that this food do not mix with water.
  • So mix thoroughly  before making every dosa.
  • Now take a pan add oil o it.
  • The dosa mixture is to be sprinkled with ladle, remember do not spread this dosa.
  • After the dosa is ready serve this hot with Ground nut chutney and Sambar.
