Ingredients:
Roasted Powdered Oats - 1/4 cup
Wheat Flour - 1/4
Rice Flour - 1/4 cup
Sooji / Bombay Rava - 1/4 cup
Pepper powder - 1/4 tbs
Cumin seeds - 1 tbs
Onions - 2
Chilli - 4
Curry leaves
Coriander Leaves
Salt
Oil
Directions:
- Grind the oats into fine powder.
- Take a bowl, add oats powder along with other powders.
- Now add chopped onions & chilli along with Cumin seeds, Pepper powder, curry leaves, coriander leaves & salt.
- Mix this mixture thoroughly, now add water to this to make a fine paste.
- After the paste is ready add more water so as to make dosa.
- Take a pan & heat it and add oil on it, now sprinkle it with ladle.
- After the dosa is ready serve it hot with hot with Ground nut chutney. & Sambar..
