Shrimp Pasta with Salad

Ingredients:



1/2 cup dry rigatoni, cooked
3 oz shrimp, poached
1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and pureed
3 large black olives, sliced
1/2 Tbsp pine nuts
2 tsp grated Parmesan
Salad
1 cup romaine lettuce
1/4 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup sliced cucumber
1/2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

Directions:

  • Take a pan, add oil to it, when hot add cooked pasta and shrimp in it. Now toss them for 10 minutes.
  • Take this in a serving plate and add sun-dried tomatoes, olives, and pine nuts.
  • Now garnish this dish with Parmesan and serve with Salad. 
 
Pine nuts around the bend increase your body's secretion of repletion hormones and should short-circuit your appetency.
