Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients:

5 oz wild Atlantic salmon
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dill
2/3 cup parsnips
1 1/2 cup chopped broccoli, steamed

Directions:

  • Take a salmon and sprinkle lemon and dill on it.
  • Now bake this for 20 minutes at 200°F.
  • Meanwhile steam cook the chopped broccoli and parsnips.
  • Now take a serving plate and arrange all the food like in the image and have a happy dinner.
Broccoli contains quercetin, which restrains the maturation of fat cells.
