Chicken Parmigiana with Penne



Ingredients:

4 oz grilled chicken, diced
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup whole-wheat Penne
1 1/2 Tbsp grated Parmesan

Directions:


  • Take a pan, add 2 tbs of olive oil, when hot add spinach and fry it.
  • Soon the spinach is fried, add chicken to it and fry it again.
  • Now add Penne and Tomato sauce to this.
  • Garnish with Parmesan and serve hot.
Spinach contains lipoic acid, that plays a task in energy production and will facilitate regulate glucose levels.
