Ingredients:
4 oz grilled chicken, diced
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup whole-wheat Penne
1 1/2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup whole-wheat Penne
1 1/2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
Directions:
- Take a pan, add 2 tbs of olive oil, when hot add spinach and fry it.
- Soon the spinach is fried, add chicken to it and fry it again.
- Now add Penne and Tomato sauce to this.
- Garnish with Parmesan and serve hot.
