Cheesy Veggie Pasta

Ingredients:

1/2 cup whole-wheat macaroni
1 cup crushed whole, peeled canned tomatoes
1/2 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
3/4 cup chopped spinach
1 cup zucchini wedges
2 tsp olive oil

Directions:


  • Cook macaroni and keep it aside.
  • Grade ricotta cheese.
  • Take a pan add water to it now add all vegetables and make it cook.
  • Once the vegetables are found cooked, rinse the water.
  • Take a pan, add olive oil, when hot add macaroni and heat it for2 - 3 minutes.
  • Now combine macaroni and vegetables and serve on a serving plate.
Go meatless once a week! In line with a study within the Yankee Journal of Clinical Nutrition, feeding less meat might facilitate keep your weight under control.
