Tamilnadu Dosa Preparation

Ingradients:

Ullutham paruppu - 1 Cup [Black Gram/Minapappu]
Steamed Rice - 1 Cup
Rice - 2 Cups

Directions:

  • Take a bowl and add Black Gram, Steamed Rice and Rice to it. Rinse this with water for 2 - 3 times. Now add some water and keep it aside for 6 hours.
  • Now grind the content in grinder/mixer by adding sufficient salt to it.
  • Keep it aside for 8 hours so as to taste good.
  • Now take a pan, add oil to it, now apply the dosa mixture on the pan. Make it cook on both sides. Now you can see the dosa is ready to serve hot.
  •  You can serve this with hot Sambar and different types of Chutney.
