Gajar Burfi

Ingradients:

Gajar - 1 cup
Badam Milk - 1cup
Kaju paste, Kismiss, Dates, Butter
Sugar if required

Directions:

  • Take a pan add Butter to it. Now fry Badam and Kismiss and keep it aside.
  • In the same pan, add graded Gajar, fry it in a small flame. Now add some more butter to make it fry better.
  • Now add Badam milk and close the pan, cook this mixture in a small flame for 15 mins.
  • Now add dates add Kaju paste. You can add sugar for more sweetness.
  • Make this cook until the water evaporates. Remember to stir often.
  • Soon the water evaporates off the flame and serve this in a serving plate.
