Ingradients:
Gajar - 1 cupBadam Milk - 1cup
Kaju paste, Kismiss, Dates, Butter
Sugar if required
Directions:
- Take a pan add Butter to it. Now fry Badam and Kismiss and keep it aside.
- In the same pan, add graded Gajar, fry it in a small flame. Now add some more butter to make it fry better.
- Now add Badam milk and close the pan, cook this mixture in a small flame for 15 mins.
- Now add dates add Kaju paste. You can add sugar for more sweetness.
- Make this cook until the water evaporates. Remember to stir often.
- Soon the water evaporates off the flame and serve this in a serving plate.
