Oats Adai Wada/Multigrain Wada



Ingradients:
Rice - 1 cup
Chana Dal - 1 Cup
Toor Dal - 1 Cup
Urad Dal - 1 Cup
Moong Dal - 1 Cup
Oats - 1 cup

Directions:

·  Take a bowl, add all the dals and rice to it. Clean this and keep this in water for 2 - 3 hrs.
·  Take a jar, add this mixture, add some salt and oats to it and grind this a little crunchy. Do not grind it soft.
·  Now take this mixture in a bowl and add chilli, onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves & mint leaves to it.
·  Mix this good
·  Now take a pan, add oil to it, make it heat. .
·  Take a cover add some mixture, press it even with hand and dip it in oil. Make this deep fry till red. Now serve this with Chutney.
