Oats Adai Dosa/ Multi Grain Dosa

Ingradients:

Rice - 1 cup
Chana Dal - 1 Cup
Toor Dal - 1 Cup
Urad Dal - 1 Cup
Moong Dal - 1 Cup
Oats - 1 cup

Directions:

  • Take a bowl, add all the dals and rice to it. Clean this and keep this in water for 2 - 3 hrs.
  • Take a jar, add this mixture, add some salt and oats to it and grind this a little crunchy. Do not grind it soft.
  • Now take this mixture in a bowl and add chilli, onions, curry leaves, coriander leaves & mint leaves to it.
  • Mix this good, add water if required.
  • Now take a pan, take this mixture and apply on pan like dosa, add oil to it. Now close this to cook it well.
  • After 2 minutes when Dosa is ready take it on a serving plate. Serve this with Chutney.
