Banana Kesar

Ingredients

Graded Banana- 2
Sugar-100 gms
Butter -100 gms
Milk - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder
Kaju paste
Badam, Kismiss

Directions:

  • Cook the graded banana in cooker for 2 whistles, make this half boiled.
  • Take a pan add butter when hot, fry Badam & Kismiss. Now keep this aside.
  • In the same pan, add this banana, make it fry until the water evaporates.
  • Now add milk & Kaju paste to it make it fry in a small flame.
  • Add sugar, Cardamom powder to this, mix this good. 
  • Take a serving plate apply ghee, and take the Banana Kesar add Kaju, Badam and more dry fruits for garnish.
