Ingredients:
Pulav Rice - 1 cup
Carrot - 3
Green Chili - 8
Potato - 2
Tomato - 3
Green Peas - 1/4 cup
Coriander Leaves
Curry Leaves
Ginger Garlic Paste
Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom
Cooking oil - 3 tbs
Salt - As per your taste
Black Pepper - Pinch
Directions:
- Take a bowl, add rice to it. Clean this rice with water twice and add 2 cups of water to it and cook it, keep it aside.
- Take a pan and add oil to it. When hot, add Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom to it, fry it and add Ginger Garlic paste to it fry it well. Now add curry leaves and fry it.
- Next, add all the vegetables to it.Cook it with a small flame for 10 minutes. Then add salt to it. Make it cook for some time. Add a pinch of Black pepper, after a minute, add green peas to it. After the vegetables are cooked, add the boiled rice and mix it good completely.
- Add coriander leaves for garnish and taste.
- Serve it with onions and Lemon if interested.
- You can also serve it with curd.
