Curd Preparation for Pulav Rice

Do you know the best thing about the onion. In olden days our forefathers used to eat curd rice in the early morning instead of breakfast. They used to eat onion with curd. So they used to be healthy always.

Ingradients :

Curd - 1 cup
Chopped onions - 1 Cup
Chopped chili - 2
Salt - Taste
Tomato - 1

Directions : 

  • Take a bowl and add curd to it, stir this mixture.
  • Now add chopped onions, chili, tomato and salt to it.
Note : This curd can be used for normal rice for taste.
