Meal Maker Rice

Everyone is interested of eating and trying new foods regularly now a days. Now let us try a Rice Recipe with Meal Maker[High Protein Food].

Now let's know how to make it out....

Ingradients:

Biryani Rice - 1 Cup
Meal Maker - 1 cup [To our Taste]
Salt,
Chilli Powder,
Tomato - 2
Onion, Green Chilli,
Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves,
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Curry Leaves

Directions :

  • Take a bowl and add rice to it. Rinse it with water 2 - 3 times and then add 2 cups of water to it and keep it aside.
  • Take another bowl add water to it, now add 1 tsp of salt, see the salt mixes with water thoroughly. Add Meal Maker in the water, and make it cook for 10 minutes till soft. Now rinse the water from the bowl, and keep it aside.
  • Take a pan and add Cinnamon, Cardamom & Cloves fry it 2 to 3 minutes for good smell and taste, and keep it aside.
  • Now in the same pad add oil to it, when the oil is hot add Cumin Seeds & Curry leaves, and fry it, now add Green Chilli, and Onions to it.
  • Wait till Onions turn red, now add Cinnamon, Cardamom & Cloves, make it fry then add Ginger Garlic Paste fry it good.
  • Now add Tomato make it cook for some time, and add Meal Maker, Coriander Powder and Garam Masala Powder to it make it fry for 10 - 15 minutes. Add Salt & Chilli Power and make it cook completely.
  • Now add this mixture to the rice stir the content and make it cook.
Now the Meal Maker rice is ready to serve. Make it look good by garnishing with coriander leaves.


Note : You Can also add all types of vegetables to this rice. If nothing is available in the house tomato adds a great taste. You can try this fast and easy.
