Majjiga(Salt lassi) ponganalu(Spicy ponganalu)

Ingredients:


Green chilli paste             -              2 tbls
Onion                                    -              1 nos
Turmeric                              -              ¼ tbls
Soar salt lassi                      -              1 cup
Rice                                        -              1 cup
Fenugreek seeds             -              1 tbls
Soaked chana dal, baking soda      
            

Preparation:


Soak fenugreek seeds and rice overnight and grind. Now take this mixture in a bowl add green chilli paste, onion, turmeric, chana dal, lassi, baking soda. You can also add curry leaves and coriander leaves for taste. Now mix this and in a ponganalu kadai when hot add oil and mixture and close it cook it in small flame. If u find one side is cooked turn them to the other side and cook. Now take this into a serving plate and serve hot with sugar, chutney, karam podi and more.
